Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Conduct legal litigation.
2. Handle legal permits and compliance.
3. Facilitate the legalization of corporate actions, such as agreements with third parties, including legal drafting (creating agreements), legal opinions (providing legal assessments), and legal reviews.
4. Oversee the renewal process of land assets’ HGB-HGU, renewal permits for TDP, NPWP, and API.
5. Be responsible for the development and management of systems, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to agreements, new regulations (new laws relevant to the company’s business), and the concept of SOPs.
6. Lead and direct the development and management of systems, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Kualifikasi

1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law
2. Background in palm oil plantation companies (preferred)
3. Proficiency in English will be an added advantage.
4. 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar field
5. Experience in palm oil plantation fields, interacting with organizations, communities, local governments, etc., as stakeholders
6. Based in South Jakarta
