1. Handle and represent the company in civiland administrative litigation processes.
2. Provide legal advice related to land acquisition, permitting and land rights.
3. Coordinate with government agencies, notaries and relevant stakeholders for land acquisition processes.
4. Draft and review legal documents, contracts and agreements.
5. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in land acquisition and dispute resolution.
