1. Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, lease agreements, and partnership agreements
2. Partner directly with cross-functions to structure deals that maximize revenue while minimizing legal risks
3. Lead compliance efforts regarding business/operational licenses, permits or registrations, data protection laws and privacy policies
4. Monitor and interpret current and upcoming industry-specific regulations, ensuring the group company’s products, services, and operations remain fully compliant
5. Design and deliver legal and compliance training programs for cross-functions to foster legal risk awareness
6. Prepare shareholders’ resolutions, board resolutions, meeting minutes, and other corporate documents for the group company
7. Coordinate with outside counsels as relevant
8. Handle special projects as requested

Kualifikasi

1. Bachelor’s degree in law
2. Admitted to the bar or has an advocate license
3. 7-8 years of relevant legal experience with a strong focus on corporate, commercial and regulatory aspects
4. Ability to provide pragmatic, actionable legal advice that balances legal risks with commercial objectives, rather than simply citing the law
5. Able to act as an independent contributor or a team player, and collaborate eBiciently with cross-functions, shareholders and stakeholders
6. Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working autonomously in a fast[1]paced, high-growth environment
7. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
