Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Provide support for non-litigation handling of AR Bad Debt cases
2. Provide assistance to users regarding any disputes that arise or take legal action, both assistance in facing authorized law enforcement agencies and in dealing with other third parties
3. Provide assistance to users regarding any potential disputes that occur at SERA Group with other third parties
4. Building a network with law enforcement institutions, legal consultants/lawyers
5. Ensure lead time for the review process and draft customer and vendor contracts in a timely manner

Kualifikasi

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Law with minimum GPA. 3,00
2. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience
3. Excellent knowledge & understanding of litigation law and procedures
