Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Assist and support corporate legal in pre-litigation, litigation and settlement activities
  2. Assist and support the various functional heads through regularly meeting to do initial cases investigation or simulation and to ensure the legal issues are resolved (if any)
  3. Prepare and propose draft all legal documents needed in pre-litigation, trial and/or settlement stage based on company legal standing, such as subpoenas, lawsuit or pleadings, motions or courts proceeding, simulation, etc
  4.  Assist and support the scope of legal services provided by 3rd parties (e.g. external lawyer) 
  5. Provide and assess the Law Enforcement Agency (LEA) officers for telecommunication data request in lawful interception activities and other authority agency 
  6. Assist and support with LEA and other authority agency and propose settlement options for any complains
  7. Assist and support in maintaining a good partnership with LEA and other authority agency for fulfil company compliance and responsibilities related legal threats and potential dispute
  8. Assist and prepare all documents needed in legal investigation activities on internal fraud risk (whistleblowing follow-up)
  9. Responsible for understanding, implementing the requirements of the occupational safety and health management system and environmental management system in accordance with their respective duties and functions.
