Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Analyze each case faced by the company and poured into an analysis referred to the legal opinion
2. Handle legal issues faced by the company, either internal or external civil and criminal, outside the court and in court (proceedings).
3. Drafting up the agreement required by the company to resolve legal problems, either internal or external
4. Establish a good relationship with the external parties relating to the handling of the case at hand, for example by establishing a relationship with lawyer (Law Firm)

Kualifikasi

1. S1 in Law from a reputable university, with minimum GPA of 3.00
2. Minimum 3 years experience in legal litigation department.
3. Having experience in handling legal matters in an insurance company is an advantage
4. Having good understanding about Industrial Relation, UU Ketenagakerjaan, POJK and PPATK
5. Izin KTA (PERADI)
6. Having Good Communication and interpersonal Skill, Have a High Commitment to Work, Self Motivated, Strong & Though
7. Detail Oriented, good analytical skill
8. Fluent in English both oral and written
9. Have a Good computer skills
10. Having good personality, and able to work as a team or as an individual
11. Able to work well in under pressure working environment.
