Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Responsible for daily legal affairs in Indonesia, reporting to the Head of Legal, and actively collaborating with Headquarter legal colleagues on certain tasks. 
2. Provide legal compliance support for various business scenarios in Indonesia, such as drafting, reviewing, executing, and archiving contracts, as well as researching and collecting relevant laws and regulations, consulting, and negotiation. 
3. Engage in business empowerment activities, including developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to business operations and conducting legal training (e.g., contract signing and negotiation, theft cases, and consumer complaint handling). 
4. Handle legal compliance tasks assigned by superiors. 

Kualifikasi

1.  Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in Law. 
2. Work Experience: At least 3 years of relevant legal supervisor work experience, preferably with experience in Chinese-funded companies. 
3. Language Skills: Proficient in English as a working language, fluency in Chinese is preferred for communication. 
4. Professional Capability: Qualified through the Indonesian legal qualification examination. 
5. Business Skills :
   • Strong self-driven learning mindset and ability (especially in legal research), with clear logical thinking and ability to quickly identify the essence and key points of legal relationships in business scenarios. 
   • Strong communication and writing skills. 
   • Strong execution capability. 
   • Ability to identify risks and provide legal advice and solutions based on business needs. 
6. Other Requirements: Outgoing personality, reliable in tasks, and committed to a long-term career in legal work.
