About the Role

Within this transformation, the Legal team plays a key role in ensuring that all business activities, partnerships, and transactions are conducted in a compliant and well-structured manner.

As a Legal Junior Officer, you will support contract management, legal documentation, and day-to-day legal operations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all agreements and processes are aligned with legal standards, while also gaining exposure to commercial transactions and legal risk assessment.

What You’ll Do

• Draft and review legal documents such as agreements (PKS), contracts (CL), NDAs, and confirmation letters.
• Support preparation of legal documents for business transactions and partnerships.
• Provide basic legal analysis, opinions, and risk assessments for business activities.
• Monitor and manage legal documentation, including document numbering, tracking, and archiving signed documents.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure transactions are aligned with legal requirements.
• Support negotiation processes and assist in resolving legal issues.
• Participate in internal legal discussions and support cross-functional collaboration.
• Assist in coordinating legal operations, including supporting legal service workflows and activities.
• Support coaching or knowledge sharing initiatives within the legal team (e.g., interns).

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in legal roles are welcome.
• Basic understanding of contract law, corporate law, and legal documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and good documentation skills.
• Good analytical thinking with the ability to identify legal risks.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
