Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Assist in the review and drafting of data protection policies and procedures or any other related administrative needs.
2. Conduct legal research on data protection laws and regulations, both national and international.
3. Support the development and implementation of Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and Record of Processing Activities (ROPA).
4. Help monitor compliance with data protection regulations and identify potential risks or issues.
5. Assist in the preparation of training materials and programs for employees on data protection and privacy practices.
6. Provide support in responding to data subject access requests and other data protection inquiries.
7. Collaborate with other departments related to data security and data protection.
8. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the legal team.

Kualifikasi

1. Undergraduate students, preferably in last semester with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 from Law, IT, or any related major (Fresh Graduate are welcome).
2. Strong interest in data protection, privacy law, and compliance.
3. Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills with ttention to detail.
4. Has strong organizational skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
6. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
