1. Creating and reviewing legal contracts, collaboration agreements and other documents related to company projects.
2. Assist legal team in the preparation, verification, and review of legal documents.
3. Maintain document filing.

Kualifikasi

1. Final Year student or Graduate majoring in Law.
2. Strong analytical and legal knowledge.
3. Good communication and collaboration skill.
4. Able to prioritize appropriately and adapt quickly.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
6. Able to join ASAP | willing to do minimum 6 months internship period
