1. Assisting with the drafting, review and negotiation of commercial agreements and legal documents
2. Providing research and analysis on legal and regulatory matters

4. Supporting the day-to-day operations of the legal department
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks

Kualifikasi

1. Currently enrolled in a law degree program or a recent law graduate
2. Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail
3. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
4. Familiarity with corporate and commercial law principles
5. Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn
6. Proficient in Indonesian and English
