1. Review, draft, and negotiate agreements related to the company’s business operations and partnerships.
2. Provide legal support and advice to ensure business activities comply with applicable laws and regulations, including insurance-related regulations.
3. Conduct legal due diligence and legal analysis to identify and mitigate legal risks.
4. Handle and monitor legal cases/issues involving the company, including coordination with internal and external parties.
5. Managing corporate permits in alignment with regulatory requirements and licensing systems.

Kualifikasi

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in corporate legal and/or law firm.
3. Strong understanding of contract review, legal drafting, legal due diligence, and legal case handling.
4. Familiar with regulatory requirements and legal matters related to financial services and/or insurance industry.
5. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.
6. Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. Experience in general insurance or financial services industry will be an advantage.
