Kualifikasi

1. Bachelor’s degree in Law (S.H.) or other relevant majors.
2. Minimum 1–2 years experience in corporate legal, general affairs, or compliance
   (Fresh graduates with strong internship background are welcome)
3. Solid understanding of corporate law, labor regulations, contract review, and licensing
4. Able to draft, review, and manage legal documents and commercial agreements
5. Familiar with BPJS, PKWT, OSS/NIB, employee contracts, and internal SOPs
6. Able to communicate legal matters in clear and practical business terms
7. Highly organized, responsible, and capable of working independently
8. Able to work under pressure, with tight deadlines and multitasking
9. Open to feedback, collaborative, and proactive in problem-solving
10. Bonus if you’ve worked in F&B, retail, or startup environments
