Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Provide strategic legal advice to management and business units on regulatory, contractual, and operational matters.
2. Lead the review and negotiation of key agreements, including financing and partnership arrangements.
3. Identify and performance strong expertise in structuring, drafting, and negotiating financing cooperation arrangements between creditors (including joint financing, club deals, and channeling), with sound judgment in assessing contractual risks and applying precise legal structuring and nomenclature.
4. Identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks, and recommend practical solutions aligned with business objectives.
5. Support corporate actions and corporate governance matters, including financing transactions, capital-related activities, and corporate secretarial functions.
6. Liaise with regulators, external counsel, and relevant stakeholders as required.
7. Perform other assignments as required by the Company.

Kualifikasi

1. Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s degree is a plus).
2. 3+ years of relevant working experience in a similar role within the financial services industry (multifinance company or banking).
3. Strong understanding of Indonesian laws and financial regulations (Contracts, OJK, PPATK, etc.).
4. Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and legal advisory.
5. Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
7. High initiative, able to work under pressure, and adaptable with an open mindset.
8. PERADI membership is highly preferred.
