1. Provide legal advice and support on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts including partnership agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, employment agreements, etc.
3. Handle regulatory and licensing matters, ensuring compliance with relevant authorities (e.g., OJK, BI, KOMINFO).
4. Conduct legal risk analysis and recommend solutions to mitigate risks.
5. Support internal stakeholders with legal interpretations and implications of strategic decisions.
6. Liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.
7. Ensure up-to-date compliance with changes in legislation relevant to the business.
8. Assist with dispute resolution, handling of complaints, and litigation processes when required.
9. Maintain proper documentation and records of all legal documents and contracts.

Kualifikasi

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law (S.H.) from a reputable university.
2. Licensed Advocate (preferred but not mandatory).
3. Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Legal Counsel, Corporate Lawyer, or Legal Associate—preferably in the Fintech, Banking, or Corporate sector.
4. Solid knowledge of corporate law, commercial contracts, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
5. Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
6. Detail-oriented with excellent legal analytical thinking.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
9. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both spoken and written.
