1. Provide legal advice and recommendations on corporate, commercial, and insurance-related matters.
2. Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect the company’s interests.
3. Identify and mitigate potential legal risks arising from business activities, partnerships, and transactions.
4. Monitor and coordinate litigation, dispute resolution, and legal proceedings with external counsel when required.

Kualifikasi

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a reputable university.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate legal, law firm, financial services, insurance, or related industries.
3. Strong knowledge of contract drafting, legal review, and risk assessment.
4. Familiarity with Indonesian corporate and commercial laws; experience in the insurance industry will be an advantage.
5. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
6. Able to work independently and manage multiple assignments within agreed timelines.
7. Advocate license (PERADI) is preferred but not mandatory.
