1. Develop, implement, and maintain company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, in collaboration with relevant departments to monitor and enforce regulatory standards.
2. Monitor and ensure timely and accurate submission of regulatory reports, including LKPM and other mandatory reports required by the ministry.
3. Respond to regulatory inquiries or concerns and coordinate with the legal team as needed.
4. Stay up to date with current and emerging regulatory trends and laws.
5. Conduct due diligence on companies from time to time to mitigate any reputational risks.

Kualifikasi

1. Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field
2. Experience with regulatory reporting (e.g., LKPM reporting, or industry-specific reports) is highly preferred.
3. Experience in conducting due diligence and managing risks associated with compliance and reputation is a plus.
4. Strong understanding of local laws and regulations relevant to the industry (e.g., investment regulations, data privacy laws, etc.).
5. Proficiency in English is a must; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
