1. Provide legal support for daily legal matters, projects and initiatives on a broad range of issues including litigation, employment, regulatory compliance and risk management, and data privacy protection
2. Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a wide range of contracts
3. Manage industrial litigation disputes
4. Support for investigations and audits where relevant to the legal function

Kualifikasi

1. Bachelor’s degree in Law.
2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in law firms or in-house, or combination thereof
3. Strong analytical skill, communication, and interpersonal skill
4. Business Acumen, with the ability to balance commercial and legal considerations to deliver commercial solutions.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Ability to speak English both in writing and speaking
7. Having experience in data privacy and protection tasks or projects
8. (Nice to have)
9. Data privacy related training experience
10. Proactive with the ability to manage priorities, be organized, methodical, and perform well under high pressure and tight deadlines
