1. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
2. Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks, obligations, and commercial policies
3. Manage contract lifecycle from initiation through execution and renewal
4. Ensuring compliance with legal and corporate policy requirements
5. Monitor changes in laws that affecting company’s commercial operations

Kualifikasi

1. Master Degree in Law is a plus
2. License advocate with PERADI certificate
3. At least 8 years working experience with 4 years working in corporate law firm
4. Excellent understanding of legal issues
5. Strong interpersonal, English communication and stakeholder management skills
6. Willing to work onsite at Cikarang
