Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Maintaining schedule, corporate forms, corporate minutes and records for the corporation.
  2. Organizes and assists with the preparation of legal and commercial meetings and materials
  3. Manages incoming requests and the approval process for documentation and communicate across departement to deliver documents
  4. As the representative of the manager, prepare and process the working order, media order, and CRF for campaign implementation approval.
  5. Execute the Work Order (SPK) for procurement purposes
  6. Manages legal and commercial meeting preparation and documentation

Kualifikasi

  1. Bachelor degree from law, secretary, finance or administration
  2. Have relevant experience 2 years with good communication skill
  3. Effectively manage multiple priorities while recognize to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
  4. Able to prepare/analyze appropriate reports and other business correspondence.
  5. Proactive and fast learner
  6. Profiency in Microsoft Excel, has a good report in writing skill
  7. Experience in doing administration preferred
