1. Provide legal advice and representation to clients on matters related to corporate law and real estate.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, including contracts, leases, and corporate governance documents.
3. Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations.
4. Assist in due diligence processes for corporate and real estate transactions.
5. Represent clients in legal proceedings, negotiations, and other formal engagements.
6. Collaborate with team members to develop effective legal strategies and solutions.

Kualifikasi

1. Bachelor’s degree in law (S.H.) from a reputable university; postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, particularly in corporate and real estate law.
3. Strong understanding of Indonesian company law, property regulations, and related compliance frameworks.
4. Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
5. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
6. Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
7. A valid advocate license from PERADI or eligibility to obtain one.
