1. Assisting the Legal team in handling corporate matters, including but not limited to: (i) company establishment; (ii) amendments to corporate documents; and corporate actions (e.g., mergers, acquisitions, and other investment-related transactions), including preparation of related documents and coordination with notaries.
2. Providing legal support for the Company’s day-to-day business activities, including but not limited to: (i) legal operations; (ii) licensing; (iii) commercial arrangements; (iv) export; (v) marketing; and (vi) procurement.
3. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements, including commercial, export-related, marketing, and procurement contracts.
4. Assisting in overseeing the implementation of personal data protection policies and ensuring compliance with applicable data privacy regulations.
5. Conducting legal research and monitoring relevant laws and regulations applicable to the Company’s business, including FMCG and personal data protection.
6. Preparing legal memorandum, legal opinions, and other internal legal documents to support business decision-making.
7. Assisting in compliance initiatives, including supporting the identification of legal risks and monitoring adherence to applicable laws and internal policies.
8. Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external parties (including notaries and regulators) in relation to legal and regulatory matters.

Kualifikasi

1. Bachelor of Laws degree from a reputable university.
2. 1–2 years of relevant experience in a corporate law firm or reputable company, with exposure to corporate law and commercial contracts.
3. Solid understanding of general corporate law, with experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements.
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
5. Excellent proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional-level English, both written and spoken, with strong legal drafting capability.
