1. Handle and monitor legal asset documentation related to plantation operations, including HGU, land certificates, land acquisition documents, permits, and other legal licenses.
2. Ensure the completeness, validity, and compliance of company permits and plantation legal documents in accordance with prevailing regulations.
3. Manage and coordinate licensing processes through OSS and related government systems.
4. Coordinate with BPN, local governments, notaries, and other external stakeholders regarding land legality, licensing, and permit matters.
5. Handle and monitor land-related legal matters, including land claims, boundary disputes, compensation documentation, and asset legalization processes.
6. Review and prepare legal documents, agreements, and cooperation contracts related to plantation operations, vendors, contractors, and third parties.
7. Support legal due diligence activities related to land ownership, plantation permits, and corporate legal compliance.
8. Ensure compliance with plantation regulations, environmental permits, ISPO/RSPO requirements, and other related legal obligations.
9. Monitor permit validity periods and ensure timely renewal of licenses and land permits.
10. Provide legal advice and recommendations regarding legal asset and licensing matters to management.
11. Lead and supervise Legal Asset team members in daily operational activities and reporting.

Kualifikasi

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
2. Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Legal Asset, Land Permit, Licensing, or Corporate Legal, preferably in palm oil plantation companies.
3. Strong understanding of land regulations, HGU processes, BPN procedures, land acquisition, and plantation licensing.
4. Experience handling OSS and plantation-related permits, including environmental and operational permits.
5. Familiarity with ISPO, RSPO, environmental compliance, and plantation operational regulations.
6. Experience handling land dispute documentation, compensation processes, and asset legalization matters is an advantage.
7. Good understanding of legal due diligence and legal documentation review.
8. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
9. Able to coordinate effectively with government institutions and external parties.
10. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
11. Willing to travel to plantation sites if required.
