This is a contract-based, on-site role for a Legal Advisor located in Lombok. The Legal Advisor will provide expert legal advice on a wide range of matters, prepare and review legal documents, ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, and manage labor and employment law issues. The role involves working closely with management to address legal concerns and proactively mitigate risks while supporting the legal integrity and operations of the organization.

Kualifikasi

1. Strong knowledge and experience in Law and Legal Issues
2. Expertise in Legal Document Preparation and providing accurate Legal Advice
3. Experience handling Labor and Employment Law-related matters
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
5. Ability to work on-site in Lombok , Bali and Jakarta adapt to the local legal landscape
6. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law
7. Experience in hospitality or real estate law is a plus
8. Proficiency in Indonesian law and regulations is preferred
