  1. Manage and maintain physical and digital compliance documents, ensuring proper organization, version control, and accessibility
  2. Handle document filing, archiving, and retrieval in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  3. Prepare, print, scan, and copy documents required for compliance and regulatory purposes
  4. Prepare and coordinate documents for signing, including follow-up with relevant internal stakeholders
  5. Distribute and track signed documents, ensuring proper circulation and secure storage
  6. Provide daily administrative and operational support to the Compliance team
  7. Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks, including document formatting and editing and translation needs for compliance operations
  8. Assist in preparing compliance-related reports, letters, and official correspondence
  9. Support day-to-day compliance operations by following up on document-related requests and pending items
  10. Monitor and track document status (e.g., in preparation, pending signature, submitted, archived)
  11. Coordinate with other departments to collect required information and ensure timely completion of documentation
  12. Conduct tasks and research assigned, including gathering information, preparing summaries, and supporting strategic or regulatory initiatives

Kualifikasi

  1. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Legal background
  2. Full-time position experiences in working in a law firm or as an in-house legal is a plus
  3. Good logical thinking and attention to detail
  4. Able to communicate in English, both written and basic verbal
  5. Comfortable working with documents, filing systems, and administrative tasks
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  7. Well-organized, disciplined, and able to handle routine and repetitive tasks accurately
  8. Able to handle multiple tasks and ad-hoc requests independently
