  1. General administration : filling, organizing, scanning, copying and documentation.
  2. Assisting in preparing documents and doing document submission.
  3. Assisting in proofreading legal documents.
  4. Coordinating with lawyers to ensure that legal services are delivered effectively.

Kualifikasi

  1. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 
  2. Experience as a legal secretary or administrative assistant, ideally within a law firm or government agency. 
  3. Strong organizational skills. 
  4. Strong sense of responsibility, especially when handling confidential material.
  5. Strong communication skills and ability to deliver clear presentations to interact with broad ranges of audiences or stakeholders.
