- General administration : filling, organizing, scanning, copying and documentation.
- Assisting in preparing documents and doing document submission.
- Assisting in proofreading legal documents.
- Coordinating with lawyers to ensure that legal services are delivered effectively.
Kualifikasi
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience as a legal secretary or administrative assistant, ideally within a law firm or government agency.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, especially when handling confidential material.
- Strong communication skills and ability to deliver clear presentations to interact with broad ranges of audiences or stakeholders.
