1. Conducting Legal Due Diligence for Initial Public Offering.
2. Reviewing and revising all legal documents required for Initial Public Offering, including but not limited to prospectus and agreements.
3. Drafting, reviewing and revising commercial contracts and agreement.
4. Conducting legal research and providing analysis to support business decisions.
5. Ensuring the client’s compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including applicable capital market laws and regulations, during the Initial Public Offering process.
6. Collaborating with supporting professions to deliver successful Initial Public Offering projects.
7. Staying up-to-date with changes in corporate and capital market laws.

Kualifikasi

1. A law degree and valid advocate license.
2. Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law, with a focus on IPO.
3. Extensive knowledge of Indonesian corporate and capital market laws and regulations.
4. Excellent drafting and communication skill.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in team environment.
7. Commitment to delivering high-quality, client-focused legal services.
