1. Lead Land Acquisition Projects, Strategy and Execution
2. Identify and evaluate potential land opportunities for business expansion, property development, and strategic investment projects.
3. Conduct site sourcing activities to secure suitable land parcels in accordance with company requirements and development plans.
4. Research and assess potential land locations, including ownership status, accessibility, zoning, and development feasibility.
5. Manage Legal Due Diligence and Transaction Processes
6. Handle Land Disputes and Legal Risk Mitigation
7. Oversee Regulatory Compliance and Government Relations
8. Support Property Development and Asset Management
9. Lead Stakeholder Negotiations
10. Provide Strategic Legal Advice to Management

Kualifikasi

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Law; Master’s Degree is an advantage.
2. Minimum 10 years of legal experience, with at least 5 years in land acquisition, property law, or real estate legal matters.
3. Strong knowledge of Indonesian Agrarian Law, Land Acquisition regulations, Property Law, and dispute resolution processes.
4. Proven experience handling large-scale land acquisition projects and complex land disputes.
5. Strong negotiation, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
6. Experience working with government institutions (BPN, local governments), notaries, and external legal consultants.
7. Strong analytical thinking and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
8. Licensed Advocate (PERADI) is a plus.
