Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Assist in conducting legal due diligence, legal research, legal drafting, and reviewing legal documents, contract, and/or agreements
2. Provide legal counsel and support on corporate and commercial matters, including contracts, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance
3. Collaborate with Senior Associates and/or Partners to support casework and client advisories
4. Liaise with clients, regulators, and external parties in a professional and timely manner

Kualifikasi

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a reputable university, with minimum GPA of 3.00
2. Internship experience in a law firm or a company with a legal department at least 1 (one) year
3. Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law, including company law, investment regulations, and regulatory compliance.
4. Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both oral and written
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skill
6. Exceptional analytical abilities and attention to detail
7. Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting
8. Ability to perform under challenging deadlines
