Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years experiences with 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) at a law firm.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations.
• Ability to draft, review, and analyze legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Ability to prepare legal memoranda, legal opinions, and other legal documentation.
• Familiarity with corporate and commercial law is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint
• Good command of written and spoken English
