Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Conducting legal analysis to support AFTECH’s strategy and policy advocacy efforts.
2. Providing legal analysis and research for the development of various public advocacy efforts, such as industry input for draft regulations, guidelines, and other related policy initiatives.
3. Collaborating with government institutions on draft policies and legal analysis for AFTECH.
4. Developing regular legal policies and/or regulations for AFTECH members.
5. Coordinating with various external stakeholders in delivering policy activities (including international organizations, academics, other associations, etc.).
6. Supporting the organization of AFTECH’s ethics process based on the direction of the Ethics Council, while ensuring consistency with all AFTECH work programs.
7. as Project Manager for the General Member Meeting (RUA): Managing legal and governance matters for RUA, including preparing legal documentation, reviewing meeting procedures, ensuring compliance with AFTECH’s statutes and applicable regulations, drafting resolutions and minutes of meeting for RUA implementation, and coordinating with the notary for deed preparation and legalization.

Kualifikasi

1. Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1) or Advanced degree in law (S2) from a reputable university
2. Minimum 5 years of experience as an in-house legal counsel or similar role.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to fintech.
6. Fluent in English is a must (written and spoken)
