Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Business Partnership
    • Partner with Head Office leaders to understand business needs and provide HR solutions
    • Support organizational design, workforce planning, and manpower budgeting
    • Align HR strategies with business objectives
  2. Talent Management & Development
    • Support performance management processes (goal setting, reviews, calibration)
    • Identify talent gaps and coordinate development plans
    • Support succession planning and talent pipeline initiatives
  3. Employee Relations
    • Act as first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances
    • Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies
    • Support disciplinary processes and conflict resolution
  4. Employee Engagement & Culture
    • Drive employee engagement initiatives and programs
    • Support internal communication and culture-building activities
    • Monitor employee satisfaction and feedback

Kualifikasi

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  2. 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably as HRBP
  3. Experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality industry is highly preferred
  4. Exposure to handling Head Office / corporate functions is a plus
  5. Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
  6. Good understanding of HR practices
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  8. Problem-solving and conflict resolution ability
  9. Data-driven mindset with HR analytics capability
  10. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
