1. Lead and manage all legal matters of the Company and its Affiliates to minimize legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
2. Provide legal advice, contract review, corporate legal support, and dispute handling for management and related departments.
3. Oversee agreement management, corporate actions, permits, and legal documentation.
4. Develop and implement legal SOPs, policies, and compliance procedures.
5. Maintain legal database systems and ensure timely legal support across departments.
6. Supervise and develop Legal Department operations, reporting, and team performance
7. Fully understanding corporate, mining, property, retail, manufacture and other business.

Kualifikasi

1. Education : Master Degree in Law
2. Experience : Minimum 5 years as Legal Manager Level/Function.
3. Skill : Corporate law, Property Law, Commercial Law, Project Financing, Intelectual Property Rights, Industrial relation and Regulatory Compliance handling.
4. Highly experience on AI management
5. Experience using project manager platform such as click up, trello, atlassian, etc
