1. Handle various legal aspects related to each business unit of the company, particularly in the food manufacturing and trading industry, to ensure all business activities comply with prevailing laws and regulations while minimizing potential legal risks.
2. Provide legal opinions on company activities, policies, and issues, including the evaluation and updating of business practices to align with applicable legal requirements.
3. Draft and review contracts, letters, and other documents related to company activities in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
4. Manage legal issues faced by the company, both litigation and non-litigation, by following proper legal procedures efficiently.
5. Coordinate and maintain effective communication with external parties such as legal consultants, notaries, and government institutions (e.g., BKPM, DJKI).
6. Monitor and manage company licensing and permits through OSS, SIINAS, LKPM, and other relevant platforms.
7. Maintain and organize legal documents, develop legal procedures, and prepare reports on the activities of the legal department.

Kualifikasi

1. Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1), preferably with a PERADI license.
2. Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role (preferably in FMCG, Retail, or F&B industries).
3. Strong knowledge of corporate law, business law, civil law, and business licensing.
4. Proven experience in handling contracts, litigation, and government relations.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and provide timely support for operational needs.
