Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (S.H.).
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Corporate Legal
• Experienced in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal agreements.
• Familiar with company licensing, corporate compliance, and legal documentation.
• Strong understanding of Corporate Governance and Compliance principles.
• Ability to prepare and analyze Legal Opinions.
• Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management practices.
• Good analytical, communication, and SLA-oriented.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple assignments.
• Strong analytic skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency in solid written and spoken English.
• Placement at head office in South Jakarta.
