Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Assisting partner in handling project.
2. Responsible for gathering information for the projects.
3. Regularly reporting to partner on the task and its progress from time to time.
4. Providing legal advices to client.
5. Representing partner in meeting with clients and/or counter parties.
6. Representing client in court and/or any government institution.
7. Coordination with other team member to achieve an efficient work result.
8. Drafting complex legal documents for civil litigation (from gugatan to kesimpulan) and corporate matters (i.e. agreements of pledge/ guarantee/ loan/ property lease). 

Kualifikasi

1. Advocate license (BAS) is a must; Beyond reasonable doubt.
2. Provide with IELTS or TOEFL. Alternatively, screenshot of JELA also welcome.
3. 3-7 years working experience in law firm or relevant legal practice. 
4. Expertise in litigation for corporate, either civil or criminal. 
5. Bachelor in law, from reputable university with excellent academic record.
6. Able to work in a team and individual with minimal supervision.
7. Self initiative and good communication.
8. High analytical & conceptual thinking, creative & innovative.
