Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Assist in conducting legal due diligence, legal research, legal drafting, and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and/or agreements.
2. Provide legal counsel and support on corporate and commercial matters, including contracts, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
3. Collaborate with Senior Associates and/or Partners to support casework and client advisories.
4. Liaise with clients, regulators, and external parties in a professional and timely manner.
5. Provide legal services in accordance with Advocate professional standards, including maintaining client confidentiality, avoiding conflicts of interest, and upholding professional independence.

Kualifikasi

1. Minimum Bachelor‘s Degree in Law from a reputable university, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
2. Must be a licensed advocate holding a valid PERADI registration (KTPA PERADI) and currently authorized to practice law in Indonesia.
3. Demonstrate commitment to abide by the Indonesian Advocate Code of Ethics (KEAI), including the principles of honesty, integrity, and upholding the noble profession in every legal service provided.
4. Experience working in a law firm or a company with a legal department for at least 3 (three) years.
5. Proven competency in the corporate law field, including:
   • Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law, including company law, investment regulations, regulatory compliance, and business licensing.
   • Proficiency in drafting and negotiating various business agreements (e.g., M&A, joint ventures, and commercial contracts).
   • Understanding of legal due diligence processes, risk analysis, and corporate governance principles.
6. Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both oral and written.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Exceptional analytical abilities and attention to detail.
9. Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting.
10. Ability to perform under challenging deadlines.
