Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, majoring in Law from reputable University
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate law, M&A, and/or Capital Markets
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English (verbal and written), demonstrated by a minimum TOEFL score of 550.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Possession of an advocate license is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Legal Due Diligence (LDD), provide advisory and analysis, draft agreements, and review legal documents.
• Provide assistance to the business in relation to existing and new business initiatives.
• Handle a broad range of general corporate legal matters, legal documents filing, and administration.
• Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required.
