1. Develop and monitor the delivery of procurement and contracting strategies to meet business requirements while satisfying key stakeholder expectation, internally and externally.
2. Ensure plans align with governing policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes.
3. Support business owners for the development of Procurement/Contracting Plan and execution or implementation of approved Procurement/Contracting Plan in alignment with long term and short-term procurement and procurement strategies and business plans for geothermal operation.
4. Align long term and short-term procurement and contracting activities with business plan to achieve best Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) performance, production/reliability, and savings targets from all third-party providers.
5. Demonstrate strong Category Management practices working effectively and cooperatively with customers, suppliers, and team members.
6. Manage portfolio of assigned categories or sub-categories/PSLs.
7. Assure that category plans are implemented per a detailed schedule, and that schedules are met.
8. Demonstrated experience in advanced negotiations.
9. Gathers new ideas, processes, and tools from external sources for continuous improvement to projects and business processes.
10. Applies working knowledge of Strategic Sourcing process to high value / high-risk sourcing events.
11. Provide regular meetings to update on ongoing procurement/contracting process to all stakeholders on the assigned categories.
12. Provide guidance on business process and procurement and contracting practices to users and contract owners.

Kualifikasi

1. At minimum, a bachelor’s degree in engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Chemical/Industrial) or Economics from a top-tier university with consistent outstanding academic record
2. 5+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Procurement Services, contracting for Construction/EPC Services, Drilling services, Power Plant Operation and Maintenance preferably in Geothermal, Mining or Oil and Gas industry
3. Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, certification or licensing requirements
4. English proficiency both in written and oral
