1. Monitor and support compliance with regulations issued by OJK and other relevant regulatory bodies, including IDX, KSEI, and KPEI.
2. Assist in the preparation and submission of regular regulatory reports to OJK and IDX, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
3. Support the handling and documentation of incident reports related to trading violations, operational issues, or potential fraud cases.
4. Help develop, review, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and internal guidelines.
5. Conduct compliance monitoring and assist in identifying potential compliance risks and improvement areas.
6. Coordinate with internal teams such as Finance, Legal, Operations, and Business to support compliance initiatives and regulatory requirements.
7. Assist in compliance reviews, audits, and investigations, including preparing supporting documentation and reports.
8. Support employee awareness initiatives and compliance training programs to promote a strong culture of compliance.
9. Stay updated on regulatory developments and industry best practices related to the capital market and securities industry.

Kualifikasi

1. Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
2. 1–3 years of experience in Compliance, Risk, Audit, Legal, or related functions, preferably in the financial services or securities industry.
3. Basic understanding of OJK regulations and capital market regulatory frameworks.
4. Familiarity with regulatory reporting and compliance documentation is a plus.
5. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
7. Able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
8. High level of integrity, responsibility, and professionalism.
9. Having WPPE certification or knowledge of the capital market industry would be an advantage.
