1. Develop, implement, and maintain governance and compliance programs in line with ISO27001, ISO9001, and PCI DSS standards.
2. Monitor, evaluate, and report on compliance performance across the organization.
3. Collaborate with internal departments to address compliance gaps and drive corrective actions.
4. Provide training and awareness programs on compliance requirements and best practices.
5. Prepare documentation and reports for regulatory bodies and certification audits.

Kualifikasi

1. Bachelor’s degree in Law, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Proven experience in governance, risk, or compliance roles, preferably in the payment, banking, or fintech industry.
3. In-depth understanding of ISO27001, ISO9001, and PCI DSS implementation and certification processes.
4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
6. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, ISO Lead Implementer) are an advantage.
