Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Regulatory Reporting: Manage and lead accurate, end-to-end reporting cycles to authorities such as OJK, BI, Bappebti, and PPATK.
  2. Regulatory Gap Analysis: Identify, track, and proactively drive the remediation of compliance gaps stemming from new or updated regulations.
  3. Document Review & SOP Alignment: Review and align cross-departmental documents and SOPs to ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards.
  4. Audit Support & Coordination: Serve as the central liaison for regulatory audits by managing document submissions, tracking findings, and coordinating action plans.
  5. Internal Socialization & Regulatory Communication: Educate internal teams on regulatory changes through targeted socialization sessions to drive true comprehension and operational readiness.
  6. Handbook & Guideline Development: Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable compliance handbooks and operational guidelines for all departments.

Kualifikasi

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience (experience in compliance, risk, audit, project management, consultant or a similar role is beneficial)
  3. Demonstrated working knowledge of Indonesian financial services regulations, including OJK, BI, Bappebti, and/or PPATK regulation frameworks
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Good command in English is a must.
  6. Excellent writing skills.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
  8. Demonstrated ability to consistently utilize AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) for professional tasks; prior experience leveraging AI in a work setting is highly preferred.
