Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Conduct legal research to provide a legal solution, strategy, advice and opinion on the case and/or any legal need of the client to solve the issues;
2. Arrange, draft and review legal documents both corporate and litigation including warning letters, legal correspondence, settlement agreements, petitions, lawsuits etc;
3. Examine, review and analyze the contract, memorandum, law, regulation, verdict and any other legal documents;
4. Assist and/or represent client both in litigation in court proceedings and non-litigation matters including a civil lawsuit, bankruptcy, suspension of payment, criminal, negotiation, dispute settlement etc;
5. Liaise with judicial, legal and government institutions to fulfil, protect and maintain the legal interests and needs of the client;
6. Continuously responsible for case handling as well as for monitoring and reporting case progress in a comprehensive and timely manner.

Kualifikasi

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law from a Reputable University
2. GPA min. 3,00
3. Holding an Advocate License is a must
4. Good in English both oral and written
5. Min. 2 years of experience in a Law Firm as a Litigation Lawyer will be an advantage
6. Having a strong analysis of Legal Practices
7. Able to work both in a teamwork environment and independently
8. Having good communication, negotiation, presentation, analytical skill and good legal judgment to support business needs
9. Having a good attitude, proactive, strong confidence, and willingness to learn
