Kualifikasi

1. Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in corporate and commercial legal practice (law firm experience preferred)
2. Strong legal research and analytical skills, particularly in corporate structuring, transactions, and regulatory matters
3. Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and transaction documents
4. Familiarity with Indonesian corporate law, investment regulations, and general commercial practice, with exposure to cross-border transactions being an advantage
5. Ability to manage transactions and coordinate with clients, counterparties, and other advisors
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional setting
7. Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team
8. Bachelor’s degree in Law (SH); LLM is an advantage
9. Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus
