Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
2. Able to prepare and present reports to partners on the task and report back their progress from time to time
3. Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions, memoranda, and case strategies.
4. Support clients during investigations, verification, or audit processes conducted by government bodies.
5. Knowledgeable in intellectual property rights application
6. Translating documents
7. Monitor and ensure compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations.
8. Attend court hearings, mediations, and meetings with relevant institutions or authorities.
9. Provide comprehensive legal advice and assistance to clients in civil, criminal, and administrative matters.
10. Represent and assist clients in court proceedings, including preparation of lawsuits, answers, rebuttals, evidence, and pleadings.
11. Maintain professional communication and relationships with clients and legal counterparts.
12. Knowledgeable in litigation and non-litigation matters

Kualifikasi

1. Maximum 35 years old
2. Applicants in possession of an Advocate License (KTPA) will be prioritized
3. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (S1) or a Master’s Degree in Law (S2) from reputable universities in Indonesia or overseas
4. Graduated from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00
5. 3 years of experience working in a Law Firm is required
6. Strong leadership skills
7. Must be proficient in English (both oral and written)
8. Proficient in Ms. Office (word, excel, power point, etc)
9. Excellent organizational and time management skills
10. Excellent problem solving, communication and negotiation skills
11. High integrity, honest, committed and responsible
12. Proactive and initiative
13. Being able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime
14. Good public speaking skills
15. Willing to work at Gajah Mada, West Jakarta
