1. Handling IP matters in Indonesia.
2. Conduct legal research.
3. Preparing, revising, and finalizing legal documents.
4. Drafting legal opinion.
5. Representing Clients in litigation cases.
6. Provide support in any administrative tasks.

Kualifikasi

1. Bachelor’s degree in law.
2. At least 5 (five) years of work experience directly handling IP matters and civil litigation matters in Indonesia.
3. Have a valid PERADI license.
4. Strong legal writing abilities.
5. Fluency in English communication and excellent writing skills.
6. Good analytical, drafting, and research skills.
7. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Detail oriented.
9. Ability to effectively monitor and meet deadlines.
10. Strong time management skills.
11. Ability to work as part of a team and also individually.At least 2 (two) years of work experience handling trademark matters in Indonesia.
