1. Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies
2. Drafting a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
3. Preparing for and attending court hearings, and other legal proceedings
4. Collaborating with senior attorneys to develop and implement effective litigation plans
5. Maintaining detailed records and documentation throughout the litigation process
6. Providing regular updates and progress reports to clients
7. Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations

Kualifikasi

1. Bachelor’s degree in Law and admitted to the Indonesian bar
2. 3-5 years of experience in a litigation or dispute resolution role, preferably in a reputable law firm
3. Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
4. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
5. Familiarity with legal procedures and court rules
6. Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines
7. Proficient in using legal research tools and technology
