Responsibilities

• Manage legal research and provide analysis on complex legal issues.
• Draft legal documents, contracts, and other documents.
• Lead due diligence process and provide comprehensive reports.
• Collaborate with other team members to provide legal solutions in various strategic transactions.
• Prepare presentation and training materials.

Qualifications

• A law degree from an accredited law school.
• PQE 4–6 years with experience in M&A and general corporate matters (experience in capital markets is a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and client service excellence.
