Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Provide legal support for the company and its affiliates’ business/projects in Indonesia), managing and mitigating legal risks.
2. Draft and review various business contracts and legal documents, participate in contract negotiations, and provide daily legal consultations.
3. Handle the company’s dispute resolution, company establishment and restructuring.
4. Handle business licensing, intellectual property right, employment documents and dispute resolution.
5. Assist business departments in risk management throughout the lifetime of the business operation, offering professional opinions and suggestions.
6. Undertake other tasks assigned by senior management.

Kualifikasi

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in law, with at least 3 years of work experience. Preference will be given to candidates with lawyer or in-house experience.
2. Preferably have an advocate’s license from PERADI.
3. Legal professional qualification in the respective jurisdiction.
4. Excellent English and/or Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills is a plus.
5. Seasoned analysis, judgement, communication, and coordination skills to deliver on-point compliance advice of business.
6. Positive attitude, proactive work ethic, and strong ability to handle pressure.
