Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Review and verify the completeness, accuracy, and validity of credit documentation.
  2. Ensure all credit administration activities comply with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  3. Prepare, maintain, and archive credit files and related documentation.
  4. Generate periodic credit reports for internal management and external stakeholders.
  5. Manage legal and supporting documents related to credit facilities.
  6. Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Operations, Legal, Notaries, and other related parties regarding credit documentation and administration matters.
  7. Support credit disbursement, monitoring, renewal, and post-disbursement administrative activities.
  8. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of credit administration processes.
  9. Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Kualifikasi

  1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
  2. Minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
  3. Minimum 1 year of experience in banking operations, credit administration, loan administration, or related fields is preferred.
  4. Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
  5. Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  8. Customer-oriented with strong service excellence mindset.
  9. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  10. Familiarity with banking systems and credit administration processes is an advantage.
  11. Willing to be placed at the location mentioned above.
